  • All collages you make are private by default and not visible to anyone else except for yourself, unless you decide to share them.
  • You can inspect and export the personal data and information that we have collected on you, by visiting the 'Your Data And Export' section. If your data and information is incorrect, you can request to amend this. For specific details, see each section in 'Data Policies'.
  • Your personal data is never used in automated decision making or profiling.
  • We never sell or trade your personal data to outside parties.
  • Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 16 years of age or older. We will delete any personal information as soon as possible once we have learned that this information is from any person under the age of 16.
  • We may release your information when it is necessary to comply with the law.
  • Your personal data is handled and protected with the greatest possible care. We try to keep the amount of personal data we need from you as minimal as possible; we only ask you for the information necessary to provide you with our services at Photovisi. Purpose of data processing: To let you download, share or edit your collage after you've created it.
Types of personal data processed: When you create a collage and add photos to it, these photos become part of the final collage image. In addition, we keep a database of which collages you created, so we can link them under your account and find the correct collage image when you share them with others. If you have a premium subscription, you can edit your collages at a later time after you've finalized it.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone who creates a collage on Photovisi.
How long will this data be kept: For users with a free account or no account at all, a maximum of 10 days. For users with a premium account, collages are kept as long as you don't delete them yourself. Collages will also be automatically removed together with all other account data if you decide to delete your account, or if you have been inactive on the site for more than 2 years.
How to delete/modify this data: Collages can be removed when you're logged in, by visiting the My Collages page under 'My Profile'.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: The credentials to access your collages and metadata are only available to the data protection person, using encrypted keys. Amazon Web Services (AWS) has their own necessary security procedures in place to ensure safe storage and access.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: Collage images are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 USA. The collage metadata database is stored on a server hosted by Vultr USA.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: To make it possible to edit your collage at a later time after it's been finalized and rendered in high-resolution, we need to store the photos you've added to your collage.
Types of personal data processed: The photos you've added to your collage, combined with your user account identifiers.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone who creates a collage on Photovisi with a premium subscription, adds a photo to their collage and then finalizes their collage.
How long will this data be kept: User photos are kept until you delete them. User photos are also automatically removed together with all other account data if you decide to delete your account, or if you have been inactive on the site for more than 2 years.
How to delete/modify this data: User photos can be removed when you're logged in, by visiting the My Photos page under 'My Profile'.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: The credentials to access your user photos are only available to the data protection person, using encrypted keys. Amazon Web Services (AWS) has their own necessary security procedures in place to ensure safe storage and access.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: User photos are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 USA. The user photos metadata database is stored on a server hosted by Vultr USA.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: TTo organize collages under your account, and to allow you to use premium features if you bought a subscription.
Types of personal data processed: Email, current IP address, timestamp of last login, timestamp of last request and all collages that you've made in your account.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone that has signed-up for an account on Photovisi. In addition, we automatically make an account for anyone who pays for a premium subscription; this is necessary so that you can keep using the premium features at any time.
How long will this data be kept: As long as you keep your account active during a period of 2 years, or as long as you don't delete your account. If you haven’t used your account in more than 2 years, your account and all related data, including collages and user photos added to collages, will be removed automatically.
How to delete/modify this data: You first need to log in to your account. You can then visit the My Profile Page and update your details. To remove your account and related data visit the Account Removal page.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: This data is stored in the database on a web-server (hosted by Vultr). The server and database are only accessible with an encryption key, that only our data protection person holds.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: This data is stored and collected on a server rented from Vultr USA
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: To restore the latest copy of the 'User Account and Related Data' for disaster recovery purposes or in case of a server malfunction.
Types of personal data processed: Email, current IP address, account 'Display Name', timestamp of last login, timestamp of last request and metadata on how you organized the photos in your account into albums, folders and favorites.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone that has signed up for an account on Photovisi.
How long will this data be kept: Backups that are more than 6 months old are automatically removed.
How to delete/modify this data: No changes are possible, because of legal and disaster recovery requirements. However, in case of a (disaster) recovery from the backup, we have the necessary procedures in place to make sure that data from users that was removed or requested to be removed, is not restored from the backup.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: Backups are always encrypted. First they are created on our web-server (hosted by Vultr), after which they are encrypted and backed-up with our storage provider Amazon Web Services (AWS). Only the data protection person has access to and can un-encrypt these backups.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: Backups are transferred to Amazon Web Services (AWS) after being created on a server rented from Vultr USA.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: To send a regular newsletter by e-mail, containing new collage designs to use on Photovisi.
Types of personal data processed: E-mail And your IP address at the moment the newsletter subscription was made (so we can determine your country, which we use to send a newsletter in your own language).
Who is this data collected from: Everyone who signs up for a premium subscription on Photovisi or signs up for the newsletter.
How long will this data be kept: Until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
How to delete/modify this data: EEach newsletter contains a 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom, which will redirect you to the unsubscribe page here. Or you can log in to your account, and visit the My Profile Page and unselect the option which currently indicates your newsletter subscription. If any of these steps don’t work, you can use this contact form to request getting removed from the newsletter; just mention your e-mail and that you don't want to be part of the newsletter anymore.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: This data is stored in the database on our web-server (hosted by Vultr EU). This server and database is only accessible with an encryption key, that only our data protection person holds.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: This data is stored and collected on a server rented from Vultr USA. E-mails are sent using a 3rd party e-mail sending provider, and Amazon SES USA, which only processes your e-mail and not your IP address.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: Troubleshooting in case of application errors, investigating security incidents and to comply with the law.
Types of personal data processed: IP address, timestamp of request, web page on Yogile accessed.
Who is this data collected from: Every visitor to the Yogile website or app.
How long will this data be kept: A maximum of 1 year.
How to delete/modify this data: No changes are possible because of legal and security requirements.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: Website traffic logs are collected on our web-server (hosted by Vultr) and rolled-over daily, after which they are encrypted and backed-up with our storage provider Amazon Web Services (AWS). Only the data protection person has access to and can unencrypt these logs.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: Transferred to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and collected on a server rented from Vultr USA.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: To pay for a premium subscription, which gives you extra features such as high resolution and watermark free collages. In addition, it documents your payment receipts and allows us to comply with local tax laws.
Types of personal data processed: Credit Card number, expiration date, country paid from, payment amount and timestamp.
Who is this data collected from: Anyone purchasing a premium Photovisi subscription.
How long will this data be kept: 8 years.
How to delete/modify this data: Payment data cannot be removed, as it is needed to comply with tax laws. Payment history can be found under My Payments in 'My Profile' once you're logged in.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: Your full credit-card number is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology directly to our Payment gateway provider Stripe, without touching our servers. Stripe has the necessary procedures in place to keep all of your payment information confidential.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: Stripe USA. In case of a tax audit on our business, we may have to provide payment details to the Dutch tax authorities.
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU:

Purpose of data processing: To inform you about upcoming premium subscription payments and send you welcome/activation e-mails once you've signed-up or paid for a premium subscription.
Types of personal data processed: E-mail.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone who signs up for an account or premium subscription on Photovisi.
How long will this data be kept: As long as you keep your account active within a period of 2 years. If you haven’t used your account for more than 2 years, your account and all related mailings will be removed automatically.
How to delete/modify this data: You first need to log in to your account. You can then visit the My Profile Page and update your e-mail address. You cannot unsubscribe from account related e-mails. You can unsubscribe from product updates, by visiting My Profile and unchecking the checkbox to receive notifications about product updates and related materials.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: The data is stored in the database on our web-server (hosted by Vultr). This server and database is only accessible with an encryption key, which only our data protection person holds.
This data is transferred to these 3rd parties: This data is stored and collected on a server rented from Vultr USA. E-mails are sent using a 3rd party e-mail sending provider, AuthSMTP EU
Which of these 3rd parties are located outside the EU: None.

Purpose of data processing: To respond to your customer service requests and support needs. In addition we also need this data to resolve requests related to removing material from the site. Photovisi needs this data to prove compliance in regard to requests about removing material from our site.
Types of personal data processed: In the case of customer support via the feedback form, your e-mail address, contact message, browser name, browser version, browser platform and timestamp of the request.
Who is this data collected from: Anyone who uses the feedback form for customer support.
How long will this data be kept: Requests to remove material from the site will be stored for 3 years, as we need them to prove compliance. All other support requests will be kept for 6 months.
How to delete/modify this data: This data will be automatically removed once the retention period expires, but cannot be removed before that for compliance reasons.

How long will this data be kept: 14 months.
How to delete/modify this data: Visit the remove tracking page to remove yourself from the 3rd party web analytics tracking service Google Analytics (GA).
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: We have enabled anonymized IP address tracking, minimized data retention settings in Google Analytics, disabled 'Remarketing' and 'Advertising Reporting Features' in Google Analytics, to minimize the amount of tracking data stored and processed.

Purpose of data processing: When an error with the collage tool or website occurs, we need to log them so we can fix them without requiring the user to submit an error report.
Types of personal data processed: Your IP address, browser name, browser version, browser platform, timestamp of the request and error details.
Who is this data collected from: Everyone that visits the Photovisi website when an error occurs.
How long will this data be kept: 29 days.
How to delete/modify this data: This data is automatically removed after 29 days.
What security measures are there to protect this personal data: The error logging service is hosted by ourselves on our server rented from Vultr USA, which can only be accessed by the data protection person using a private key.

Purpose of data processing: We use first-party session cookies to maintain your account session after you've logged in. For advertising related cookies, see the 'Advertising' policy section. Our payment provider Stripe uses cookies so you don't have to re-enter your account e-mail when you make a payment. Facebook stores a cookie so that you don't have to re-login to your Facebook Account when you decide to share your collage with others directly on Facebook.
